Dr Kilbey and her multidisciplinary team of qualified expert clinicians provide comprehensive assessments for ADHD and/or Autism for both children and adults.
Dr Kilbey has a wealth of experience in undertaking neurodevelopmental assessments. Before starting her own private business, Dr Kilbey managed the CAMHS and Adult Autism and ADHD assessment pathways for a large three borough NHS Trust. Many of her team have also held senior positions in NHS assessment services.
It is this strong foundation within the NHS that has led the Dr Kilbey Practice to create a service which provides the most robust, rigorous and high level evidence-based assessments – for this reason, we believe we are the most experienced assessment team in Kent and Surrey.
All assessments are led and clinically supervised by Dr. Kilbey, in line with NICE guidelines.
While background forms are helpful, we believe in the importance of a personal, in-person clinical appointment. Meeting face-to-face with Dr. Kilbey ensures a deep understanding of you/your child’s needs. Initial appointments by video are NOT part of our ethos.

Unsure if an assessment is needed and if so, which one? Dr Kilbey takes a holistic approach with her clients and will provide guidance and advice on next best steps, signposting to other agencies where necessary.
Children’s assessments are carried out in close collaboration with schools. We have a strong track record of working effectively with educational settings, valuing their insights as part of the assessment process. Our goal is to ensure that schools receive clear, tailored recommendations to support each young person’s continued development and success in education.
