We’ve compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions from visitors to our website, our clinic, and from our clients. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
How much does it cost?
- The ADHD assessment costs £1,600 (adult or child) which includes the clinical appointment and QbCheck.
- The Autism assessment costs £2,600 (adult or child) which includes the clinical appointment and QbCheck.
- The combined ADHD and Autism assessment costs £3,600 (adult or child) which includes the clinical appointment and QbCheck.
- A cognitive assessment is only undertaken in conjunction with one of the above and is at the discretion of Dr Kilbey. We do not offer these as stand alone assessments. The cost of this add-on is £600.
Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral to seek an assessment with Dr Kilbey.
How can I pay?
You will be invoiced and we request that these are settled by bank transfer.
When will I need to pay?
All assessments begin with a clinical appointment and a QbCheck. Once the appointment is booked, you will receive an invoice for £400, which is payable prior to the appointment. The following payment schedules then apply.
For ADHD
£400 deposit to be paid prior to starting the process. Balance of £800 to be paid when the feedback appointment is booked and confirmed.
For Autism
£600 deposit to be paid prior to starting the process. Balance of £1,600 to be paid when the feedback appointment is booked and confirmed.
For combined
£1,000 deposit to be paid prior to starting the process. Balance of £2,200 to be paid when the feedback appointment is booked and confirmed.
For Cognitive (in combination with one of the above assessments)
£600 paid in full prior to starting the assessment
Are the diagnostic reports recognised by GPs and other professional bodies?
Dr Kilbey’s assessments follow NICE guidance and are accepted by GPs and other professional bodies.
Are recommendations provided?
There will be recommendations given to you in the report and advice and links to other useful resources are provided in our resource booklets.
